Quick and healthy avocado recipes

Sometimes we have no idea what to prepare for a snack or dessert to make it quick, delicious and yet healthy. We have prepared 3 recipes for you, the main ingredient is avocado, which is a very good source of unsaturated fatty acids and antioxidants that inhibit oxidation processes.

Vegan brownies with avocado (recipe for 8 pieces)

- 1 avocado
- 60 ml of coconut oil
- 180 g flour
- 45 g of cocoa
- 80 g of coconut sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 200 ml of vegetable milk

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. In the blender, mix the avocado, vegetable milk and coconut oil for about a minute. Add baking powder, cocoa and salt and mix together to keep the mass smooth. Arrange the mass into a baking sheet and bake for 15 to 20 minutes. The brownies are cut and served, and in a closed container they also wait 3-4 days. Optionally, for an even more chocolatey taste, chocolate drops, chopped dark chocolate, or melted dark chocolate can also be added to the mass.

Avocado banana pudding

- 1 medium sized avocado
- 1 medium-sized banana
- A spoonful of cocoa powder
- A teaspoon of honey
- Crushed cocoa beans and blueberries for decoration

Blend avocado, banana, cocoa and honey in a blender. If we find it too common, we can also add some vegetable milk. Pour into cups and garnish with crushed cocoa beans and blueberries.

Hummus with avocado

- A can of drained chickpeas
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 tablespoons of fresh lemon or lime juice
- Clove of garlic
- Salt and pepper to taste
- lič teaspoon ground cumin

Mix all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Put avocado hummus in a serving bowl. Allow the ingredients to bind for 1 hour before serving. Finally, you can add Tabasco or other hot sauce for a spicy taste if desired.
