Delavci v turizmu bodo imeli višje plače

Najnižja osnovna plača za delavce v turizmu se bo dvignila za 10,25 odstotka, regres pa se bo v primerjavi z lani povečal za 100 evrov in bo tako znašal 1150 evrov. Predstavniki turističnega gospodarstva in Sindikat delavcev gostinstva in turizma Slovenije so podpisali aneks k panožni kolektivni pogodbi, s katerim bo prišlo do dviga plač v dveh korakih. Prvi dvig plač za 5 odstotkov bo izveden marca. S 1. junijem, torej na začetku glavne poletne turistične sezone, se bodo plače dvignile še za preostalih 5,25 odstotkov. Hkrati so z aneksom h kolektivni pogodbi določili tudi višino regresa, ki bo letos izplačan v višini 1150 evrov, kar pomeni 100 evrov več kot v letu 2019.
